With may years of practical construction and project management, as well as system design, Mr. Lindor's team's goal is to design solutions, create guide sketches, and guide specification to meet the clients project needs with green and cost effective solutions.  Mr. Lindor's teams solutions are  balanced with performance expectations, service life expectations, and lifecycle cost expectations that meet the  clients project needs. 

Mr. Lindor was the former President of Washington Fence Company the largest commercial, residential, and industrial fence builder in the Northwest for many years.

Mr. Lindor is our head specification writer and project analyst.

Mr. Lindor’s team assists many of our Industrial / Commercial Contractors with technical solution development in critical project applications.

Mr. Lindor is a loving father of four daughters and a son.

Mr. Lindor has been a viable Pro-Seal team member for more than 10 years. 

With many years in the industry Mr. Kirkpatrick's team looks to enhance image, drive awareness and develop strong client brand relationships. His team is always listening to the market shifts, to find those places of need, to fill with our incredible Green Nano Novel Matrix technologies. His team wants to put people and the needs of our planet first and foremost with ease of use, cost effective, solution oriented, functional, materials. Mr. Kirkpatrick has a background in finance and has many years of research and brand building experience.

Mr. Kirkpatrick  is a loving father of tow sons.

Mr. Kirkpatrick  has been a viable advisory Pro-Seal team member for more than 30 years.

Ms. Stone holds an B.S. in Geophysics and Hydrology

Ms. Stone Graduated from Boise State University, ID  

Ms. Stone is a Geophysicist, Hydrologist and Engineer.

Ms. Stone holds several patents.

Ms. Stone published reports for the US congressional Department of the interior.

Ms. Stone developed, wrote, and trained staff in the use of security, safety and maintenance programs currently used by The USA Department of Geological Survey (USGS) and Water Resources division (WRD).

Ms. Stone is a certified Blaster of DuPont & Reynolds.

Ms. Stone has written programs for the US Geological Department in ENGRIS & PEAR, GIS and several other scientific engineering modeling programs.

Ms. Stone has been a viable Pro-Seal team member for over five years.

Jim  heads up of our global sales team with many years of experience in commercial industrial and construction products and systems. Jim is very knowledgeable and has great relationships with distribution networks, contractors, architects, engineering groups, and specification. Jim has a long history in multicultural sales and is adept at communicating with all clients from small mom n' pop operations, to the largest of the large, multi national and global corporations. Jim understand how to hear what the clients needs are and develops a workable strategy to make good things happen for our clients.

Mr. Griffin holds a B.A. in International Relations and Law Enforcement

Mr. Griffin Graduated from Western Illinois University, Ill.

Mr. Griffin served in the US Marine Corps Embassy Marine Security in Lagos, Nigeria, and Vienna, Austria. 

Mr. Griffin was special duty to Henry Kissinger and Walter Mondale and S.A.L.T. talks in Central Europe. 

Mr. Griffin is a loving and proud father of two daughters and one son.

Mr. Griffin has an extensive background in commercial / industrial materials tiered distribution.

Mr. Griffin has been a viable Pro-Seal team member for more than 20 years) 

Mr. Hawryliaks function was high level and important to our team. With his vast experience and unique insights he kept our keel even.  

Mr. Hawryliak holds a B.S. in Business Administration, a B.S. in Sales and Marketing 

Graduated from Cal State Fullerton, Fullerton, CA.

Mr. Hawryliak holds A Jurisprudence Degree in Torts and Contracts, 

Graduated from Western State Law University, Fullerton, CA.

Mr. Hawryliak served in the USA Marine Corps and is a highly decorated veteran having received three purple hearts among other decorated honors.

Served as Executive Trainer for Sony of America and founded two multi-million dollar companies.

Mr. Hawryliak is a loving father of two beautiful daughters.

Mr. Hawryliak is a contributor to a soon to be published self-help book and serves on several Boards of Directors.
